whats wrong with this place?
- not enough beds at the hospital when u bring in a patient for admission
- not enough parking space near government offices, bank of maldives, hulhumale' ferry terminal
- not enough space at the customs area to unload the cargo containers
- not enough space at the local market to display the islanders' goods
- not enough space at the airport to accomodate passengers when multiple flights land at once

are you implying that all the spaces went into pockets of certain people? like the bridge between hulhule and male'. the airport extension. the buildings in hulhumale'. the large ports all over the maldives. the large hospitals. think about it. they say that maldives is one country with highest GDP among the LDC. is it distributed well?

you must be talking about male' only. cox to most of the islands the points you mentioned are irrelevant.
Its so true for male', but not for the maldives as a whole yet.
